Shipping policy

I always aim to post within 2 working days of your order being placed. Please do let me know if you need me to expedite shipping prior to placing the order, so I can try to accommodate you and adjust the shipping rates accordingly if necessary.

Shipping costs for all items are automatically calculated as second class signed for in the UK, and are calculated by weight, so should automatically combine via the online cart if purchasing more than one item. Any shipping overages above £1 will be refunded.  

I current only offer domestic UK shipping automatically. I am VERY happy to post worldwide, and overseas buyers can contact me for a postage estimate. The reason I no longer have automated checkout for overseas customers (particularly EU buyers, with the recent VAT threshold changes) is because I am very conscious of the high cost of postage and import charges. As these are both the responsibility of the buyer to pay, I don't want that to be a surprise when they reach the customs department - but as long as the buyer is happy with that, then that is fine. 

Overseas buyers can use an import charge calculator such as THIS ONE to get a rough estimate of overall cost.
