An amazing 30s/early 40s longline blouse or lightweight jacket.
Features wonderful heart shaped chenille soutache motifs to both breast and front hip patch pockets - these are fringed..
Self covered buttons, darted fit (I did clip Slightly for front facing photo), padded shoulders and gathering to sleeve heads.
Fabric is semi sheer textured weave, possibly some wool?? See photo with hand beneath.

Bust 38 including darts, but no bigger than a 34” bra band I’d say, plus cup room.
Waist 28” max
Hips 38”
Length from nape to hem approx 27”
underarm to edge of cuff 17”
Condition:
Generally good to very good. Has not been cleaned but no notable marks or stains.
No damage to body of jacket, some historic underarm seam repairs evident if you pull the seam apart, but not obvious when worn.
The odd loose securing stitch to pockets and collar soutache but pockets not loose.
The second to top button was a little worn, so I have swapped it with the bottom one so less evident when worn. Please see photos.
Immediately wearable, up to you if you wish to dry clean.
