I think probably homemade, but neat enough. Metal side zip, inverted pleats give fullness to skirt. Shaped corsolette style seamed panel to waist.
This is a small one, so please check measurements!
Measures:
Waist 24” max
Hips 46” (flared)
Length 25”
Condition:
Couple of historic seam repairs and small repair top of central inverted pleat. Wear to fastening area as shown.
Small spots back left of skirt, haven’t tried to remove. Please see all photos.
