This is quite an early one, perhaps even teens. The wax flowers are a little worse for wear, but the overall effect is still good, and would look beautiful with some fresh gypsophila or other fresh flowers added to replace/disguise the breaks.
Original elastic worn but have left in place. Replace or use hairpins to secure.
Measures:
16" around not including elastic, and it's 3" at highest.
Condition:
Imperfect as mentioned, but still very pretty! Please see photos of angles.
