Antique to vintage 1900s vintage Czech gold lamé belt and bejewelled buckle with foiled rhinestones

I have always coveted one of these belts! Really well made, prong set foilback stones. These look 20s but actually date a little earlier according to my reference book, c.1900

The photos laid on the table haven’t been enhanced, it was just nearer the window than the mannequin!

It does catch the light beautifully, hard to show in a static picture.

Measures:
31” on current fitting. You could reduce it by an inch at most without affecting the decoration.

Width 1.5”
Buckle a little over 2.5” x 1.5” high

Condition:
Darkening to metallic braid
Darkening to gilt on buckle
Foxing to some of the claw set ‘stones’
However - all appears intact and original, and I prefer the evidence of age! I’ve not therefore tried to clean or restore as it is perfectly wearable as it comes.
