1930s bias cut Art Deco dandelion printed crepe vintage two piece

Stylised Art Deco dandelion print in eau de nil and off white, with peach accents on chocolate brown ground. Bias cut, it goes on over the head and adjusts to fit with original belt and slide buckle.

Dress: Front yoke with draped cowl edged in ruffled trim, which is repeated to end of sleeves

Jacket: loose cut with cardigan front, also trimmed with ruffles as are front latch pockets and edge of sleeves.

Condition:

Dress: Original well done small decorative panel cf below yoke to disguise historic damage - only seen to rear.
some slight variation in tone to crepe between repair and dress but not obvious.
Mark to front and (bleach splash?) mark to rear. Luckily both hidden by busy pattern but certainly a noted flaw - see all photos.

Jacket: Not sure if it has had collar removed (maybe used to repair dress? Slightly raw edges to collar edge, and the ruffles when you poke about. Looks fine when worn.

Overall both immediately wearable as it comes, as long as you are aware of flaws!

Bust 36” (measures larger - but you will need to fit bust through waist as no other openings aside from neckline so that about maximum)
