Glass and wooden beads, all are earlier I’d say. Unsure if exact date but could well be 20s/30s.
Have had on display on desk for a good while, and came from another dealer who I think had down the same.
Fantastic and wearable price of antique costume, however! All hand sewn, sturdy construction and all beads secure.
Measures: should fit most sizes
Decorative section 4 1/4” at highest not including dangles, and approx 17” along longest side.

Clearly used but sturdy. Please see photos for all angles.
Most notably is some old stage makeup on inner edge of band, and I think elastic Is also fairly vintage, but works perfectly well still! One bead has escaped a spreading knot but still in place securely.
