Pretty 1930s blouse, looks to have been altered historically and has a few work spots and light colour transfer. belt loops and no belt.
Still immediately wearable, fab top stitched collar and puffed sleeves.
Buttons look to be missing rhinestones but isn’t really obvious. Old stitch lines at waistline from alteration. Please study all photos.
