Homemade but nicely done, and looks good! Lovely fabric, a fine printed cotton (semi sheer) in rich purple batik.
Metal centre back zip, velvet trim to empire line. Handkerchief style caped or flutter sleeves over a typically late 60s sleeveless empire shaped dress.
Bodice and skirt both lined in lilac cotton (loose lined skirt). Internal ties which can be used to accentuate shape are a little crude but work as an inner waistband - or you could even remove them if you’re weren’t using.

Bust 36 inc bust shaping (best for 34” band
Empire waist 28”
Hips 44” max (slightly flared)
Shoulder to hem 59”
