Another sweet late 1950s novelty printed dirndl skirt, from the same source as the SportVille one I have also listed. It’s a nice weight of cotton pique.
Various strung labels with names of different types of Rose are interspersed between the printed flowers. It’s a very sweet spring/summer number, and fastens with a side metal zip and button waist.
Measures:
Waist 26” max (could move button slightly for extra comfort!)
Hips 60” (dirndl shape)
Length 26” including 1” waistband
Condition:
Good, a little faded section where I’m pointing in the print - looks like a misprint rather than wash fade. Otherwise it’s good, has been previously worn and washed but nothing major or obvious to note. Clean and ready to wear.
